Terms of Service

By accessing or using Blindspotr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Blindspotr provides a token risk intelligence API for Solana token launches. Risk scores are produced from on-chain behavioral analysis and are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your API key confidential. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

API keys are issued per account following payment. Keys are non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or sublicense your API key. Rate limits are enforced per plan as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to revoke keys used in violation of these terms.

Access to the Service requires payment in SOL on the Solana blockchain. All payments are final and non-refundable unless the Service materially fails to match its description. Payment amounts are displayed at checkout. We do not custody your SOL — payment is made directly to our receiving wallet on-chain.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service;
• use the Service to facilitate market manipulation or illegal trading activity;
• resell or redistribute API data without written permission;
• or intentionally interfere with the operation of the Service.

All rights in the Service, including the scoring methodology, behavioral dataset, and software, are owned by Blindspotr. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own use.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that risk scores are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. On-chain data is analyzed as-is — no guarantee is made regarding the outcome of any token.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blindspotr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
